Hi Looking forward to seeing this grow and be very helpful too all new people getting into the hobby. I have just started my own cherry shrimp tank currently have around 12 adults and around 15+ baby shrimp. Have cared for fish in the past and wanted to give shrimp a crack been a challenge as the water here basically comes out the tap as tiny pebbles its that hard. A lot of researching and weeks later i got the tank running been up now for around 3+ months and everyone seems to be happy. All my shrimp food is from Richard's store and they seem to love it tried nettle leaves they didn’t seem interested in it so will try pellets see if they prefer that.

This looks great. No doubt that colony of shrimp is going to grow. Which foods did you get?
0 likesHi Richard thank you its growing faster than i expected it was going to. I got couple packs of the niblets a pack of the vibrance and a pack of the snowflake.
1 likesNice! I struggle to keep the Niblets in stock; they sell so well. Have you tried Nettles?
0 likesYeah i noticed you struggle to keep food in stock so when i checked and they was in stock i got some before you ran out again before i even had the shrimp.I have tried nettle leaves i got some the other week i placed a small one in the tank they came over had a look at it and never really touched it so i left it in over night by the next day it was still untouched they just didn't seem to care about it. I will be ordering some of your nettle pellets soon and give them a go and see if they would rather eat it in pellet form.
