Question

Anyone know some good hardy fish that would work well for a tank that's finished cycling but hasn't finished developing biofilm completely? Getting fish for mine tommorow and the plan is to go with neon tetras but I wanted to see if anyone had recommendations.

I'm thinking maybe rasboras. For the eventual tank. I'm trying to avoid fish that will breed a lot so they don't overpopulate the tank.

Platy's have always done well for me in a new tank.

I agree with Platys. Guppies, Mollies, and White Cloud Minnows will work well

Good choice. Lemon Tetras look great and are very hardy

Corydoras might be a good option also they don't breed too fast.
